  1. Installation Process and Effectiveness:
    • The installation of paint protection film and window tint involves the application of specialized materials to vehicle surfaces. While every effort is made to ensure the highest quality of installation, Ghost Films cannot guarantee absolute protection against all forms of damage or wear.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability:
    • Ghost Films, its employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the installation, use, or inability to use the paint protection film or window tint, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or damage to property.

 

  1. Maintenance and Care:
    • Proper maintenance and care of the paint protection film and window tint are essential for maintaining their effectiveness. Failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines, including the use of approved cleaning products and techniques, may void warranty coverage.

 

  1. Warranty Coverage:
    • Warranty coverage for paint protection film and window tint is limited to defects in materials and workmanship as specified by Ghost Films. All films purchased from Ghost Films have to be stored in a dry location at a temperature between 65  to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance. Ghost Films reserves the rights to refuse any warranty claims submitted by the dealer on a case by case basis.

 

  1. Disclaimer of Endorsement:
    • The use of specific brands or types of paint protection film and window tint does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of performance by Ghost Films. Customers are encouraged to research and choose products based on their own preferences and needs.

 

  1. Modification and Alteration:
    • Any modification or alteration of the paint protection film or window tint, including attempts to remove or reapply the film, should only be performed by authorized personnel. Unauthorized modifications may compromise the effectiveness of the film and void warranty coverage.

 

  1. Acceptance of Terms:
    • By proceeding with the installation of paint protection film or window tint, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms and conditions. Customers are encouraged to review these terms carefully and seek clarification on any points before installation begins.

 

  1. Delivery & Pick Up:
    • Ghost Films will aim to provide same day delivery /pick up on all orders placed before 10:00 am on the same day, providing that all items are in stock, however in the instance that there may be any unforeseen circumstances these deliveries may be scheduled for delivery on the next business day.

 

  1. Governing Law:
    • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Utah. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Utah.

 

  1.  Sales Tax: While GhostFilmsUSA LLC does not currently collect sales or use tax in your state, this purchase is NOT necessarily exempt from sales or use tax merely because it was purchased via the internet or other remote means. Some states require purchasers in that state to file a sales or use tax return at the end of the year reporting all non-taxed purchases and pay tax on those purchases. Any information about how your state collects taxes should be found on your state’s Department of Revenue website. You hereby agree by inputting the Tax ID number or Resell Certificate Number on the sign-up page you are responsible for reporting all resell products purchased from GhostFilmsUSA LLC to your local state or country.

 

  1. Return Policy: All sales are final, please review your cart before final purchase, no return or refunds will be given.

 

12.   Warranty:

 

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, misapplication, normal wear and tear, dents from road debris impact, collisions, and or intentional damage of any kind. To file a claim, contact the original installer/dealer first. If unable to do so, contact Ghost Films using the website www.ghostfilmsusa.com. You must retain a copy of proof of purchase identifying the name of the original installer/dealer, purchase price, product and coverage areas. These documents are needed to process your claim. Some installers may choose to offer, on their own behalf, different or additional warranties or remedies, beyond the limited warranty and limited warranty offered by GhostFilmsUSA LLC. Check your state and local laws before installing film on headlamps, as each state has different policies for aftermarket accessories. Ghost Films does not cover paint protection film installed on headlamps and is not responsible for any resulting damages or fines. For valid claims, an authorized Ghost Films installer shall remove the defective film and reapply new product(s) to areas determined by Ghost Films to be covered by the warranty. Note that some state laws do not permit limitations on the length of an implied warranty. In this case, the limitation above may not apply. Except where prohibited by law, Ghost Films and the installer/dealer of the product(s) shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the product(s) whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence, or strict liability. The warranty and remedies above are available exclusively for the described product(s). Ghost Films installers/dealers cannot modify or extend this limited warranty. Ghost Films shall be solely responsible for determining the validity of all claims and reserves the right to deny any claim for any reason. If for any reason the product was not registered using the ghostfilmsusa.com website and its process to register the product, the warranty will be void.
